a more realistic electron trajectory in a medium

Hi all,

I want to simulate an electron trajectory in a silicon medium, however I need to take resistance, bouncing of the electrons with the atoms in the medium and energy dissipations etc. into account.

How can I define such a thing in comsol? It is not sufficient to choose a material and release an electron in the medium, right? So, what I need to add to make it a more complex model?
